Overview
Eight Below° is a cold therapy company that creates products to help with muscle relief while also helping endangered animals in the Arctic. Eight Below° targets customers of any age who experience muscle pain or just need a quick relieving cooling experience.
Approach
Eight Below° was designed to emit a calm, icy yet soothing feeling. The degree symbol is a recurrent symbol and design element used in the package design to visualize the movement of the heat leaving the body and getting replaced with Eight Below’s chilly sensation. Elements used from the arctic were also used in the design to emphasize what Eight Below° values such as sharp icicles from the arctic environment.
